You agree that you, as the client, are solely responsible for:
Compliance with all applicable campaign finance, election, advertising, disclosure, and ethics laws
Final review, approval, and implementation of any materials or strategies provided
Use of Services in a lawful and ethical manner
Independent Contractor Relationship: Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, or employment relationship. You retain full decision-making authority over your campaign.
Intellectual Property: All original materials created by "us", Payton Moran Consulting, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for your campaign only.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of election, reputational harm, regulatory penalties, or financial loss.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our business from any claims, damages, fines, penalties, or legal actions arising from your campaign activities or use of the Services.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered.
